I gave up playing the guitar around 1980, I felt my style of playing wasn’t commercially viable any more which led me into synthesizers and keyboards.

This track was a slight detour from that decision and probably more a set of old guitar licks, but coming back to the track after all these years I felt it still had something to offer, so decided to partly re-record it using isolated bass and drum loops from the original master.

I also added a vocal (sung by Rachel Ward) which I’d loosely planned back in ‘86 but never completed.

Great fun to revisit, Mellotron flutes, dirty rock organ and 70’s guitar licks.
A time proven recipe.
