Tunguska

A darkly moody lyric from an original idea by Pete Goodwin. Re-written in 2021 about the Tunguska event which occurred in a remote part of Siberia in 1908. It’s suggested an asteroid exploded above the earth and flattened an estimated 80 million trees over an area of 830 square miles. It lit the night sky over parts of Europe and London for a number of nights. Fortunately Tunguska is very sparsely inhabited and there were no recorded fatalities.
